Partial Prepaid Bookings: The customer has the right to cancel their reservation up to 2 days before the vehicle pick up for free. In this case, the customer will be refunded the amount he has prepaid(customers get charged only with the bank expenses, around 4€). In case the customer wants to cancel a reservation less than 2 days before the arrival, the company will not refund the payment.
Fully Prepaid Bookings: The customer has the right to cancel their reservation up to 2 days before the vehicle pick up for free. In this case, the customer will be refunded the amount he has prepaid, with a charge of 4€ bank expenses.
In case the customer wants to cancel a reservation in less than 2 days before the pick up, the company will charge a 30% and return the rest of the amount.
In case you cancel in less than 24 hours before your pickup, we do not refund any amount.
In the event that the company is unable to serve the customer with a vehicle due to an accident, we have the right to cancel the reservation and refund the prepayment(we will try our best to inform you οn time).
In case the customer is interested in changing their original reservation, they should contact the company to consider the charge that will be added.
In case the customers inform us about a modification in less than 2 days before pickup(e.g. customer needs the car for fewer days than the original booking) we do not refund any amount.
Also, if the customer does not present the necessary documents(valid driving licence/ID/passport or credit card(needed for the Basic Insurance) the company has the right to cancel the reservation and not to refund.br>
