I booked because of all the great reviews and theyre accurate! Travelling internationally can be a drag and we had so many challenges getting to Greece, however as soon as we got to Gomega it was like FINALLY! The check-in process was fast and simple, the staff were efficient, and we got into our new-ish rental car within 15 minutes. Return was just as efficient. The staff text you to check on your return time, and someone was waiting at the shop at 6:30am for us. Thank you for a wonderful experience in Crete!

I have nothing else to add, as Gomega is a 5-star car rental company. Gomega was the best from the beginning—fast reply, no complications, for a good price with all the insurances covered. The car was great. There were no hidden traps, all nicely explained in the middle of the night 3:00 AM when we arrived at the Heraklion airport. I can say nothing else as thanks a lot Gomega, because of you the trip to Crete was enjoyable.

Truly recommended! The booking was easy and fast. They have a variety of modern cars in affordable prices.
Once we landed at the airport the service was seamless: the car was brand new, delivered to us on the spot and in total a spotless experience with gomega!

Brilliant, easy & friendly service. Contacted as soon as we landed and arrange to meet outside with your car. Quick hand over and you’re on your way. Returning the car is just as easy, phoning 10 mins before arrival and quick hand over again.
Would definitely use again and recommend to all.

Best service I've ever had by far when it comes to rent a car. Really communicative, flexible with the costumer and you get what you expect, something quite unusual with the car renting companies. Moreover, the car that we originally booked was not available and they gave us an update for free. I certainly know where I need to go if I ever come back to Krete. Thanks for everything !!

This was the easiest and most convenient car rental company I've ever used. They met me outside the airport to give me the car and then met me at the port to drop it off. It made our experience on Crete that much better! Highly recommend using them.

Unlimited recommendation! The service is great. We were picked up on time from the airport, our rental car was clean, well maintained and very fair regarding the price. All the people at GoMega were very friendly and accommodating. We still received tips regarding Crete and had a nice chat. The delivery of the car was also very uncomplicated. We would use a rental car from GoMega again anytime and are very happy about the positive experience.

We rented the car for 10 days in August. The car picking up process was really easy and we were in communication with the company prior and during our stay in Crete. We took the full insurance option were is no need of a credit card. Staff was really friendly and ready to help with any inconvenience.
