I booked because of all the great reviews and theyre accurate! Travelling internationally can be a drag and we had so many challenges getting to Greece, however as soon as we got to Gomega it was like FINALLY! The check-in process was fast and simple, the staff were efficient, and we got into our new-ish rental car within 15 minutes. Return was just as efficient. The staff text you to check on your return time, and someone was waiting at the shop at 6:30am for us. Thank you for a wonderful experience in Crete!

I have nothing else to add, as Gomega is a 5-star car rental company. Gomega was the best from the beginning—fast reply, no complications, for a good price with all the insurances covered. The car was great. There were no hidden traps, all nicely explained in the middle of the night 3:00 AM when we arrived at the Heraklion airport. I can say nothing else as thanks a lot Gomega, because of you the trip to Crete was enjoyable.

Gomega is hands down the best car rental company on the island! From start to finish, they went above and beyond to ensure I was completely satisfied with my rental experience.

They provided me with a brand new hybrid Peugeot 3008, which was perfect for exploring Crete. The vehicle was spotless, fuel-efficient, and packed with modern features that made our journey incredibly comfortable.

The customer service was exceptional, with the staff being friendly, professional, and genuinely focused on making sure I had everything I needed. I highly recommend Gomega to anyone visiting Crete – they truly exceeded my expectations!

So far, this is the best car rental experience ever in our European trip. The price is much cheaper than some worldwide companies, but the car, service and staff are excellent! Since we have purchased the full insurance, there are no hidden costs, no deposits, and the contract is very clear. Pick up and drop off is very easy, fast, and stress free.
We enjoy driving with your good, clean and energetic car to explore such a beautiful island! This company absolutely deserves a 5 star!

Brilliant experience with these guys! They gave us clear instructions, including a video on how to find them from airport arrivals. Quick process to collect and drop off the car. Local tips provided to ensure we navigated the area safely and didn't pick up unnecessary fines. Very friendly and helpful service. Definitely recommend Gomega!

I recommend with your eyes closed. Very simple reservation on the internet. Once you arrive at Heraklion airport, simply call the telephone number listed on the confirmation email. The person responds straight away and gives you an appointment straight away at the airport (you can't miss it). He even carries your suitcases in the shuttle! It takes you directly 5 minutes from the airport to your vehicle. He clearly explains the rules to you and makes you sign a contract. We rented a small city car which was immaculate and we traveled the ridge all week with unlimited mileage. For the return, all you have to do is go to the agency and drop off your vehicle and the person will help you put your suitcases in the shuttle again and will take you directly to the airport entrance. I really recommend this agency because it is very serious, the people are extremely friendly. Schedules are respected. A word of advice, do not take rental companies directly at the airport which are much more expensive and which may reveal additional costs. Thanks to the entire GO Mega team who are just fantastic.

This car rental company. I really liked it. I recommend taking out full insurance from them. After my call, I was quickly picked up from the airport. The car I received was new. Receiving the car was quick and without a deposit. I will definitely contact this company on my next trip.

We became aware of Gomega Car by chance. We booked directly from the airport via the homepage.
As soon as we landed we were told where to meet.
I have never had a car rental where it worked so easily and smoothly. Our car was new.
We dropped the car off at the airport at 6:30 in the morning.
Almost everything was communicated via WhatsApp.
Very nice and helpful staff.
We will definitely rent a car there again next time we are in Crete.

After searching and comparing between the many rental companies, I found with Gomega the best quality-price ratio, with no surprises, no complications on arrival or return of the vehicle.

Punctual shuttle from the airport, responsive communication, free fresh water on arrival.

Recent vehicle 19,000 km, very clean, impeccable condition.

Without hesitation, take out the additional insurance, which is more than competitive and allows you to have peace of mind during your stay.

Return in a few minutes with shuttle back to the airport.

In short, don't hesitate for your rental, when you see the comments from other companies, no hesitation.
